The Secret of Mindfulness ~ Day Course


**  Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of previous experience. **

The practice of mindfulness originated from Buddhist teachings. If we combine mindfulness with an understanding of how to focus the mind on positive thoughts and intentions we can develop, strengthen, and keep a special experience of peace and stability in our mind despite a very busy life.  Mindfulness also helps us develop positive attitudes that help all our relationships, as well as for our own personal development.

The purpose of this course is to gain the practical wisdom and experience necessary to develop and maintain mindfulness in daily life, and the course will feature guided meditations and instruction.
