Stopping the Stress of Worry | Half Day Course


Modern life has so many challenges and uncertainties and it is easy to allow ourselves to become overwhelmed and worried.  This just makes things worse and we can become discouraged and develop fear about the future.

In this course we will learn:

  • To calm the mind with meditation
  • To let go of the habit of worrying
  • To replace unpleasant stressful feelings with healthy & positive attitudes
  • Discover how to feel hopeful in the face of difficulties

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.

The meditation workshop will be led by Gail Mott, an experienced meditation teacher & practitioner who is studying on the Teacher Training Programme at KMC Southampton.
