Relax & Unwind ~ Early Evening Meditation


Drop in every Tuesday at 5.15 – 5.45pm or every Thursday at 5.45 – 6.15pm

Don’t take stress & worry home with you – relax, chill & feel better.

It isn’t unusual to feel exhausted and wrung out by the stress of pressure and demands of the day. Learn how to relax, unwind and let go of the stress and tension you are holding onto.

In this class, you will be guided in simple relaxing meditation & mindfulness exercises that will help you melt away negativity and feel light and peaceful so you can enjoy your evening.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.

Don’t allow the tensions from your day ruin your evening. Choose happiness, not negativity.
