Introduction to Meditation (Half Day Course)

This half day workshop is perfect for those wishing to get an overview and introduction to the practice of meditation & mindfulness.

Once we learn how to focus the mind, we will discover that naturally, from within we can experience a deep sense of peace and happiness and most of the stress and tension we experience in daily life will dissolve away.

This half day course will include guided meditations, practical advice on how to use meditation to free our mind from stress and anxiety, and time for questions.
