In this series we will explore how through training in meditation and being mindful of special ways of thinking we can develop a more peaceful, balanced mind and transform our daily experience into one of great meaning and insight.
This series is based on the book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and can be downloaded as a free ebook.
Note: We have been informed that due to Southern Gas’s works the Quakers Meeting House’s road will be closed between Pound Lane and Mil Street from Monday 10th April for two weeks. So, you will have to access the venue from the London road end
